Welcome to Beats Record Pool, a music subscription service. Please read these Terms of Service carefully as they govern your use of our service.
- Subscription and Payment
a. Subscription. By subscribing to our service, you will have access to our music library, which contains a vast selection of music files. You can stream or download these files for personal use only. You cannot distribute, sell, or otherwise use these files for commercial purposes.
b. Payment. You agree to pay the monthly subscription fee as advertised on our website. You authorize us to charge your credit card or other payment method for the subscription fee on a monthly basis until you cancel your subscription.
c. Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation procedure. Your subscription will be cancelled at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the next month.
d. Refund. We do not offer refunds for subscription fees already paid. If you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to our service until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Intellectual Property
a. Music Files. All music files in our library are protected by copyright laws. You acknowledge that you do not own these files and that you cannot use them for commercial purposes.
b. Service. Our service, including our website, logo, and trademarks, are also protected by intellectual property laws. You cannot use our service for any purpose other than the intended use.
- Limitation of Liability
a. Disclaimer. We provide our service on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
b. Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our service. In any event, our liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the last six months.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
